The Role:
* Maintain accuracy and completeness of the accounts payable system including ‘master data’.
* Supplier payment processing to agreed terms.
* Produce weekly “blocked invoice report”.
* Validation of supplier bank details
* Supplier statement reconciliations
Key

Responsibilities:

* Matching, checking and coding invoices
* Reconciliation of VAT & Duty payments
* Making payments via BACS and online bank systems
* Processing employee expense claims
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Maintain invoice database
* Month end accruals
* Support cashflow forecasting
* Energy data collection & input
* Providing administrative support to the team
* Statistical returns
Education / Skills:
* Microsoft office
* SAP
* Bookkeeping
* Accounts payable
