After years of self managing we are looking for a trustworthy honest person who can self motivate themselves to undertake book keeping for 3 different businesses all owned by the same family and of varying sizes.......We have undertaken this work ourselves but have decided its time to find a special person who can do the numbers for us.

You will know your job inside out as unfortunately we cannot offer training due to being self taught.

You will be able to work flexible hours, 30-36 a week to fit in with life, you will be left alone to manage your work rate and supported to work outside the box to do what you need to make it all work, maybe 30 hours will do it maybe not we don't know as we have fitted it around all other things we do we anticipate 9-3 x 5 days approx but the right person will guide us there is always admin to do if its really easy we anticipate top get to grips with it all may take longer initially.

**Duties**:

- Proficient in using xero and dext and running 3 different sets of accounts really important must be competent.

Vat returns and tax related enquiries,
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents

**Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to perform account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Proficient in using xero and dext and running 3 different sets of accounts.
