**Join Archway Dental as a Bookkeeper Permanent position 4 or 5 days per week**
Are you a skilled bookkeeper with a passion for organization and a knack for managing finances? **Archway Dental** is seeking a talented individual like you to join our team as full time bookkeeper. If you have experience running a paperless office, using Xero, and handling various accounting tasks, this opportunity is perfect for you
**Responsibilities**:
Run a paperless office and efficiently manage all financial transactions
Xero to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Manage payroll and ensure timely payment for our self-employed team members
Prepare monthly management accounts to provide valuable insights into our financial performance
Handle accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth cash flow management
Maintain a comprehensive chart of accounts to organize financial data effectively
Log annual FCA reports to comply with regulatory requirements
Control and monitor set budgets to ensure financial stability
Produce cash flow forecasts to assist in strategic decision-making
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a similar industry
Must have AAT Level 3 or higher
Must be Proficient in using Xero and other accounting software
Strong knowledge of payroll management and financial reporting
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Working Hours**:
**Salary**: £21,840.00-£27,300.00 per year
