The Role:
Maintain accuracy and completeness of the accounts payable system including 'master data'.
Supplier payment processing to agreed terms.
Produce weekly "blocked invoice report".
Validation of supplier bank details
Supplier statement reconciliations
Key

Responsibilities:
Matching, checking and coding invoices
Reconciliation of VAT & Duty payments
Making payments via BACS and online bank systems
Processing employee expense claims
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Maintain invoice database
Month end accruals
Support cashflow forecasting
Energy data collection & input
Providing administrative support to the team
Statistical returns

Education / Skills:
Microsoft office

SAP
Bookkeeping
Accounts payable
