**Overview**:
Our client is looking for an office / HR administrator to provide pro-active support to the organisation through the delivery of an effective and professional HR administration service. No experience within HR is required, although a desire to work in HR is.

**Job specification**:
- Being the central point of contact for the HR team
- Providing administration support throughout the employee lifecycle
- Ensuring effective record keeping and the management of data
- Maintain effective communication both within the team and across the organisation including all employees and senior management team, volunteers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of policy and procedure relevant to the role.
- Process all administration in respect of starters, contract changes and leavers on the HR database.
- Liaise with payroll over all authorised changes in accordance with agreed processes and deadlines.
- Monitor completion of probationary process and the performance review cycle.
- Respond to requests for references.
- Take minutes at key meetings.
- Support with General Recruitment.

- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of delivering a high-quality administration service to clients/ customers
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work with autonomy and under pressure
