Human Resources Operations Manager

About the Role
- Oversee the effective management of HR operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the wider People Team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and excellence.
- Lead a team of HR administrators, providing coaching and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and optimize HR systems, processes, and policies to simplify workflows and improve data analysis.
- Ensure timely onboarding of new candidates, adhering to legal and procedural requirements.
- Provide opportunities for growth and development within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing recommendations to drive business success.
- Deliver insightful reports and data analysis to inform key decision-making.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead annual cycles, including policy reviews, pay reviews, and other critical processes.
- Contribute expertise to organizational projects, driving success through collaborative efforts.
- Serve as a point of contact for third-party providers, addressing concerns and issues promptly.

- Drive process simplification and innovation, creating a more efficient user experience.
