About the Role

  • Oversee the effective management of HR operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and excellence.
  • Lead a team of HR administrators, providing coaching and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and optimize HR systems, processes, and policies to simplify workflows and improve data analysis.
  • Ensure timely onboarding of new candidates, adhering to legal and procedural requirements.
  • Provide opportunities for growth and development within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing recommendations to drive business success.
  • Deliver insightful reports and data analysis to inform key decision-making.
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead annual cycles, including policy reviews, pay reviews, and other critical processes.
  • Contribute expertise to organizational projects, driving success through collaborative efforts.
  • Serve as a point of contact for third-party providers, addressing concerns and issues promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Drive process simplification and innovation, creating a more efficient user experience.
  • Develop a robust recovery plan to ensure payroll continuity in case of system outages.
