Job Summary
At SPEC Engineering Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external partners to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach employees to improve their skills and performance.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing support during times of change.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage HR budgets, including forecasting, planning, and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
