Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Business Administrator to join our team at Care UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration function within the care home, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, customers, and colleagues, promoting the home and company in a professional manner.
  • Utilize Care UK's systems and processes to efficiently manage all people data.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and HR team to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in using Microsoft Office applications and bespoke IT systems.

What We Offer

A competitive salary range of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including career development opportunities, health and wellbeing support, and access to our approved apprenticeship scheme.
