Customer Service Administrator


As Customer Service Administrator, you must be an organised, friendly, proactive and confident. The role will involve frequent contact with customers & clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and assisting with general administration.


Our working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.


Key responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone & email.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in our core system.
  • Proactively calling vulnerable customers to support them in the event of power loss.
  • Accurately logging all customer interactions.


Objective:

  • Deliver first class customer service to ensure industry leading customer journey.
  • Assist customers & clients promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a solid relationship with all internal departments/staff members.


Essential skills / experience

  • Good Customer Service skills
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Adaptability and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Experience in checking documents and accuracy of detail.
  • Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.
  • Multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritise tasks
