Job Description

As a Customer Service Administrator at ESP Utilities Group Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and assisting with general administration.

The role involves frequent contact with customers and clients, and you must be an organised, friendly, proactive, and confident individual.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in our core system.
  • Proactively calling vulnerable customers to support them in the event of power loss.
  • Accurately logging all customer interactions.

Our working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Key objectives include:

  • Deliver first-class customer service to ensure an industry-leading customer journey.
  • Assist customers and clients promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a solid relationship with all internal departments and staff members.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Good customer service skills.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Adaptability and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in checking documents and accuracy of detail.
  • Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.
  • Multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
