About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Administrator to support our growing workload. This role will involve managing customer orders, supporting training courses, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage customer orders via our e-commerce system and process quotes.
  • Assist the sales team with quotes, customer relationship management (HubSpot), and sales administration.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Assist with booking travel, preparing training rooms, and supporting international training courses when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to travel internationally for short trips (up to 2 weeks per year).
