Job Overview

Rock Managed Services is looking for a skilled Field Operations Coordinator to support our dynamic team in delivering exceptional service to our customers in the housing and construction sector.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and take on a challenging role that involves coordinating works orders, managing snagging appointments, and producing invoices based on operative timesheets and materials.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and coordinate works orders from start to finish, including submitting quotes, arranging site visits, and communicating with clients and residents.
  • Arrange snagging appointments, monitor PDA usage, and procure materials.
  • Produce Application for Payments, DFAs, and Invoices based on operatives timesheets and materials.
  • Assist FOMs in managing recruitment, dealing with agencies, conducting interviews, and complying with HR, Transport, and IT requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with related reports, including CDM, Asbestos, and Near Miss reports.

What You Will Need:

  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • NVQ in customer service and Business Administration is desirable.
  • GCSE is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer feedback and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in data entry with attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
