Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Premium Credit Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely processing of payments and associated reporting.
About the Role:
Premium Credit is a leading provider of insurance premium finance and annually charged services. Our company has 5 million customers through a network of almost three thousand partners. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent analytical skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process payments, including upfront payments, advance finance commissions, performance bonuses, scheduled contract payments, IAT payments, and tax payments.
- Perform daily reporting and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of incentive accruals.
- Work closely with the accounting operations team to process manual payments, obtain signatory authorizations, and record in the register.
Requirements:
To be successful, you must have studied mathematics to a minimum of A Level standard and possess an excellent working knowledge of Excel. You should also be able to prioritize your workload and take ownership of tasks. We offer a competitive salary of up to £29,000 per annum, as well as a workplace pension scheme, hybrid working, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
