Agencies Operations Coordinator

We are searching for a reliable and skilled Agency Operations Coordinator to join our team at Premium Credit Ltd.
This role involves setting up new agencies, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and manage new agencies, including system configuration and client training
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate project delivery and achieve successful outcomes
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in agency operations, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant systems
