We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Production and Scheduling Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all aspects of TVS contracts, managing associated teams, and ensuring seamless production processes from inception to completion.

**+ Essential Job Functions**

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Coordination:

- Coordinate all aspects of TVS contracts, ensuring timely execution and strict adherence to specifications.

Production Scheduling:

- Develop and manage schedules for production teams to meet contract deadlines.
- Collaborate with the flavors team to schedule secondary package production.

Quality Control and Validation:

- Ensure sensory Quality Control (QC) of capsules aligns with scheduled dispatch dates.
- Complete validation packs and confirm quantities per scheme.

Team Management:

- Manage the TVS administration team responsible for editing label art, printing ballot sheets, paperwork, and labels for all packs.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the TVS administration team.

Logistics and Dispatch Coordination:

- Work with teams to book shipments with couriers for worldwide dispatch, meeting scheduled dates.
- Track packages, send proof of deliveries, and manage resupply of lost packs if issues arise.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate comprehensive reports detailing production commencement/finish dates and analyze on-time shipping statistics versus scheduled shipping stats.

Customer Specifications:

- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to ensure customer specifications are consistently met.

Label Editing:

- Utilize Adobe software for precise editing of label art based on production batches and scheme requirements. Ensure timely adjustments to align with the specifications for each production round.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in production scheduling, coordination, and team management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in Adobe software for label editing and desktop publishing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with customer specifications and validation processes.
- Experience in coordinating logistics for worldwide dispatch.

**+ Salary & Working Conditions**
- Salary Negotiable
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Office-based at Bluebird House
- 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
