Marketing at Hyundai starts with our progressive products and ends with our inspired and delighted customers. The Digital Platforms team is tasked with bringing together all digital and outbound communication manifestations of Hyundai. A crucial component of these is bringing our prospects, customers, retail network and internal stakeholders along on the journey with us.

As the Digital Platforms coordinator, you will play a vital part in the development of Hyundai’s key digital assets and be a key player in the transformation of our digital customer journey. Over the last 12 months we have completely overhauled our national and retailer digital ecosystem. In the next 12, we will introduce a range of digital customer tools. You will not only support the roll-out of these new platforms but will be responsible for their operation and further optimisation.

As the first touchpoint with the Hyundai brand for many of our customers it is imperative that we deliver an exceptional customer experience across all of our digital platforms and that our websites and content reflect our brand vision at all times: Progress for Humanity

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project manage website updates** (including product launches). Ensure that all website updates and product launches happen on time and within budget.
- **Be the digital asset guardian of Hyundai. **Be the go-to person for any internal and external stakeholders in relation to all digital assets (e.g. national and dealer website, ecommerce platforms and affiliate websites). Actively improve these assets so they offer the most effective and customer-centric digital experience.
- **Manage internal and external stakeholders. **Proactively collaborate with other teams in the business, as well as agencies, to set clear guidelines and expectations on new digital developments and changes.

**_About you:_**:

- 2+ years of marketing experience and reporting
- 1-2 years of experience with website management
- Experience with managing agencies
- Experience with data analysis
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Degree holding college graduate
- Excited by and with experience in website and content management & development
- Loves liaising with external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Feels comfortable working with large data sets
- Meticulous attention to detail and exemplary organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
- Thrives in fast-paced work environments with an ability to pivot quickly with moving priorities
- Ambitious, with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to find innovative solutions to challenges
- A positive track record of solving business challenges using data
