**The responsibilities of the Digital Support Executive. Could this be you?**
- Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team on division plans.
- Administrative support to Digital Transformation Manager and Digital Account Managers including but not limiting to monthly promotions sheet set up, Excel support and document creation relating to account management and company reporting.
- Administrative support on tracking account finances
- Reformatting and updating of price lists and order forms
- Administrative support to the Marketing Executive with collation of documents and images for new product launches and monthly promotions and company reporting.
- New Line form updates for accounts.
- Monitor discounting movements for UK and Ireland accounts.
- Face mapping reporting.

**Do you have the below skills?**
- Proven administration experience in B2B or D2C sector.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and adaptable.
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced communication skills, especially in writing.
- Ability to communicate across multiple departments.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Good understanding of Dermalogica's brand and ethos.
- Passion for marketing.
