Due to the expansion of their Communications team, we are partnering to recruit the job of Digital Communications Specialist to work hybrid from their Surrey offices. Your new roleAs Digital Communications Specialist, you will work in this newly created role to manage online digital communications. This includes planning cross-channel digital communications campaigns, managing external websites by creating landing pages, content and optimising site performance (SEO, user experience), updating and managing intranet content, and using Hubspot to execute direct digital communications to customers. You will be using tools like Google Analytics to gather and interpret data, making data-driven decisions on digital communications enhancements and performance improvements. This is a great opportunity to join a leading employer in a new role that you can shape and make your own. What you'll need to succeedYou will have proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management, familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools, and a proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. You will need a strong understanding of SEO and website optimisation, knowledge of email marketing best practices, and a solid grasp of UX design principles to maximise user journey, conversion rates, and engagement.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a salary of up to £50,000 plus benefits including 26 days' holiday + Bank Holidays (and the ability to buy up to an additional 5 days a year), group pension scheme, private healthcare and access to company profit share.
