Position Summary
We are seeking a talented digital designer to enhance our creative team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team to design a variety of digital assets, including websites, emails, data visualizations, animated banner ads, infographics, and video storyboards. You will also work alongside our skilled in-house developers to bring your creative visions to fruition.
To excel in this position, you should possess a solid understanding of user interaction with websites, the technical nuances of email design, and the creation of effective banner advertisements. Experience in video production will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and developers to produce effective designs across various digital platforms.
- Generate creative concepts and campaigns based on client briefs.
- Simplify complex narratives into engaging visual formats.
- Develop video storyboards based on provided scripts.
- Create user experience-focused wireframes for website redesigns.
- Understand the principles and technical constraints of email design.
- Storyboard and produce engaging motion graphics.
- Present your ideas and concepts confidently to both internal teams and clients.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in creating digital-focused designs and content.
- Proven ability to design with the user experience in mind.
- Experience in crafting impactful animations for digital banner advertisements.
- Knowledge of the technical limitations within various digital domains, including email and web.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (experience with After Effects is a plus).
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of digital production processes.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
