**Job Role**
As the Digital Conversion Lead, you will be responsible for building and executing a strategy that enables a digitized closed loop system, end-to-end. Your ultimate goal is to unlock greater growth in our B2B operations, which will require collaboration with stakeholders across the European Ice Cream B2B network. You will be a key member of the Ice Cream DMC (Data, Media, Marketing, Commerce) team, focused on B2B digital selling expertise. To support the delivery of various B2B digital selling initiatives, this role involves traveling to markets to build direct connections.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop and own the B2B digital selling strategy for markets across the EU in line with business priorities and goals.
- Collaborate with markets and global teams to ensure optimal functionality of the suite of digital selling technology, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Key platforms for Ice Cream across Europe include Magento, Shopify, and 3P web shops.
- Establish and maintain a network of stakeholders and interested parties within markets and across IT, IC Leadership, and Global teams.
- Acquire expert knowledge of the Ice Cream selling models used across Europe, leveraging global and local setups to support more efficient ways of working and share learnings across the network. Develop and lead a clear roadmap for Europe.
- Keep abreast of the latest tech, tools, and capabilities across the EU to ensure our platforms, tech, and capabilities remain cutting-edge. Proactively advocate for innovation as needed.
- Provide agile support to markets, consulting with larger markets and implementing frameworks with local stakeholders and IT teams in smaller markets with resource constraints.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for reporting, business cases, and decision-making.
- Standardize reporting to ensure consistency across the EU and lead the development of goals for end-to-end digital selling.
- Partner with Global, IT, Data and Analytics, and R&D teams to accelerate each workstream/capability and provide regular updates on roadmaps and status to their networks.
- Communicate updates and measures of success to internal teams and own the relationship with them.
- Provide training and change management as required to internal stakeholders.
**Key Skills**
- Possesses excellent communication skills to support the development and execution of the digital selling strategy.
- Demonstrates expertise in critical thinking and problem solving to effectively address challenges and drive successful outcomes.
- Has experience in developing and implementing strategies across multiple markets to achieve business objectives.
- Exhibits strong collaboration skills to effectively work with and manage multiple stakeholders across markets and functions.
- Has experience in designing selling models and identifying opportunities for optimization to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrates a passion for high performance and is dedicated to delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Possesses strong leadership skills and experience in motivating others to achieve common goals.
- Has skills and experience in digital tech platforms, websites, and web shops, with a preference for experience with platforms such as Shopify and Magento.
