**The opportunity**

Join us as a Entry Level (Trainee) Payroll Advisor/Customer Service Advisor for an exciting opportunity to start a professional financial career in payroll whilst also gaining knowledge and skills in HR. All training is provided in house and no experience is necessary as each staff member is provided with a comprehensive training programme developing you from a complete novice to a fully trained payroll professional.

With this development comes incremental 6-monthly pay rises of £1,000 per annum up to £25,000 once fully trained and after two years of continuous service, you will also have the opportunity to complete a fully funded CIPP/CIPD qualification.

**Who are we looking for**
- GCSE Maths and English minimum grade B.
- You will have A-Level or above qualifications.
- A strong work ethic and ability to take responsibility for your own work and calculations. The ‘buck’ will stop with you.
- Good Microsoft Office (MS Excel & Word) skills.
- Excellent spoken and written communication.
- No previous experience necessary but must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work fast under some pressure.
- You will be part of a team supporting our client base so excellent spoken and written communication is vital to help maintain the excellent NannyPaye brand.

**The role**

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm and the starting salary will be from £22,000 per annum gross, dependant on experience. With pay rises of £1000.00 per annum every 6 months whilst training up to £25,000.

Joining a team of 15, your role will cover all aspects of payroll and will require you to work both with other team members as well as individually to ensure that our clients are fully supported and that deadlines are met.

We are a fast-paced company and the role is number intensive so the successful applicant should enjoy this style of work.
