Are you a numbers person looking for a new challenge?

At Aptia Group, we're seeking a Trainee Pensions Administrator to join our friendly Pensions Administration team. As a Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of administration activities related to pension scheme management, including data changes, benefit setup, and policyholder enquiries.
  • Learn and develop pensions calculation skills with close support from your team.
  • Work within specified timescales to produce high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong numeracy skills and ability to work in a numbers-based role.
  • GCSE level education with Mathematics and English Language Grade C or above.
  • Good IT skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Able to understand and follow set processes.
