Pension Administration Trainee

At Aptia Group, we're seeking a Trainee Pensions Administrator to join our friendly Pensions Administration team. As a Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of administration activities related to pension scheme management, including data changes, benefit setup, and policyholder enquiries.
- Learn and develop pensions calculation skills with close support from your team.
- Work within specified timescales to produce high-quality work.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and service delivery.
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to work in a numbers-based role.
- GCSE level education with Mathematics and English Language Grade C or above.
- Good IT skills and experience with MS Office.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work and collaborate as part of a team.
- Able to understand and follow set processes.
