HR Administrator

As an HR Administrator at Beaverbrook, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Team with administrative tasks. This includes processing contracts of employment for new starters, managing contractual changes, and ensuring the accuracy of HR data in our system, Fourth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to process administrative tasks related to starters, promotions, and contractual changes.
- Send timely correspondence to employees and stakeholders.
- Support the wider HR team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Develop proficiency in the HR system, Fourth, to drive accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate ability to use MS Office packages, with advanced skills preferred.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administration role is essential.
