As an HR Administrator at Beaverbrook, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include processing contracts of employment for new starters, managing contractual changes, and ensuring the accuracy of employee data in the HR system, Fourth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to process administrative tasks related to starters, promotions, and other contractual changes.
- Send out correspondence in a timely manner.
- Support the wider HR team with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Utilize the HR system, Fourth, to drive accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate ability to use MS Office packages, with advanced skills preferred.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Previous experience in an administration role is essential.
