Workforce Planning Opportunity at Premium Credit

Premium Credit is seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to join our Operational Excellence Team. As a Workforce Planner, you will play a critical role in optimizing resource utilization and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet business objectives
  • Analyze workforce trends and develop plans to address skills gaps and growth projections
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to create resource budgets and track annual spend
  • Develop headcount modeling to forecast staffing needs and optimize resource allocation
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders on workforce planning and resource utilization
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, capacity management, or resource allocation
  • Qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to make balanced decisions
  • Solutions-focused with change management expertise to drive improvements
