Operations/administration Assistant in North West

We are a growing dental group with 33 practices across the South of England and are looking for someone to join our Central Operations team based in Pinner, Harrow for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
The role would suit someone who is able to work independently with mínimal supervision, organise their own workload and effectively manage competing priorities while paying attention to detail. The role holder should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
**Duties**
- Proficient in managing excel trackers and processes, sign posting any issues or variances to the Central Operations department
- Compile Key Pieces of Information (KPIs) related to performance against sales objectives to be reviewed by management
- Working within the Central Operations Team and providing administrative support to the business as needed
- Collaborate with other departments within Damira on various projects
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
**Experience**:
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Confident with Microsoft 365, specifically proficient with excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- **Part time fixed term contract. Possibility of role moving to permanent**
**Salary - maximum of £23,795 pa; actual salary will be in accordance of NMW guidance per age group**
