Lettings Administrator
Location: Pinner
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm) and every other Saturday (10:00am - 2:00pm, paid additionally)

Experience in the lettings industry is beneficial, but we are more interested in your drive, work ethic, and organisational skills

Key Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:

Exceptionally organised with a sharp eye for detail.
Strong written English and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Quick learner who can confidently follow procedures.
Competence in Microsoft Office, software tools, and typing proficiency.
Calm and positive approach, even during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling administrative processes for new lettings, ensuring smooth and timely progression.
Managing enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Adding and updating property listings across various property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla) and our clients website.
Keeping landlord, tenant, and property information current in an internal CRM system.
Organising and managing property boards.
Updating marketing materials like window cards, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
Supporting the Senior Lettings Negotiator with renewals administration.
Assisting with building relationships with both existing and potential landlords.
Liaising with accounts on matters regarding rent or statement queries.
Assisting in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to growth initiatives.
Collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
