Our clients are a well-established Lettings & Property Management company looking for a Lettings Accounts Administrator to join our busy and friendly team in Pinner.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:
Uploading and processing daily rents

Setting up and processing landlords' fees

Payment runs for the landlords and the contractors

Reconciliation of contractor accounts and float bank accounts

Processing new tenancies and opening statements for the Landlords

Chasing rent arrears

NRL returns

NRL Tax certificates

HMRC Statutory Schedule 23 - Gross Rents Annual Return

Trial Balance and Month End Accounts

Bank reconciliations

Annual ARLA audit

Rent adjustments

Payments of Service charges and ground rents

Payments of utilities

Rent statements

Processing Landlord requests for Profit & Loss statements

General accounts administration

Supporting property management and lettings teams

Processing and arranging deposit returns

Deposits reconciliation

Organising the process of updating tenancy renewals

Determining rents due at check out

Setting up contractor accounts

Organising all manual invoice processing.

Running contractor payments twice a month.

Monitoring petty cash and submitting to office accounts

Dealing with a portfolio of 400 properties

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years accounts experience in Property Lettings

Knowledge of Goodlord, Fix Flo, Reapit or similar CRM’s

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Team player & articulate

Flexible working approach

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organisational and customer service skills

Ability to show initiative to find a solution to new problems
