Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Reconcile bank statements and financial data
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain financial records and documentation with key monthly reportable information to Directors
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or similar, in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Understanding of financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus or ACCA or ACA

Pay: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
