Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle the organisation and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Coordinate communication between departments, our venues, managers and external partners
- Ensure all venues within brand are compliant with various regulations
- Track, monitor and report on venues performance and KPI's
- Support accounting functions using accounting spreadsheets and software
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Utilise computerised systems for record-keeping and information retrieval
- Support our Social Media Interaction and Engagement
- Travel across our branches to support business needs
- Working on site as per business demands
- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and systems
- Familiarity with Google Suite for business operations
- Ability to perform clerical duties efficiently
- Competency in data entry tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication

Pay: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
