Join Our Team as a Bookkeeper/Administrator Salary: £15 per hour - 20 Hours Per Week - Hybrid Working

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and efficiently manage invoice input and processing, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Implement effective credit control procedures to ensure prompt client payments, maintaining positive client relationships.
- Manage debtors to optimise cash flow and reduce outstanding payments, utilising proactive communication strategies.
- Generate detailed cash flow and profit and loss reports to provide valuable insights for financial decision-making.
- Input and verify driver wages for accuracy, and answering any queries.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or similar roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in XERO accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to utilise advanced features for efficient data analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy, maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively, managing workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Perks:

- This is a hybrid role, primarily working from home with the flexibility to choose at least one day or more per week for on-site work, depending on personal preference and job requirements. Our office is based in Harrow, London. HA5 5AF.
