We are working with a well-established accountancy firm trading for over 20 years in North West London who are currently seeking an Xero Administrator to join the growing company.

**Your Role**:
- Assisting in all areas of Xero admin, basic invoice and bank postings and data entry in Xero and excel in relation to Wisteria's clients in support of the team and their work.
- Assisting with completion of data entry work
- Collating and entering receipts and invoices, uploading supporting paperwork to software systems, completing bank reconciliations on Xero and excel, supporting with client on boarding, billing and fee issues, submitting VAT returns and liaising with clients as required.
- You will be using Xero software on a daily basis so experience in this area is desirable but not essential.
**What you need**:
- Qualifications: Minimum Grade B in GCSE Mathematics and English Language (or equivalent)
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the Managers' needs.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- A minimum of one year's experience in an admin role.
- Experience using Xero and Excel. (Desirable)
- To be able to communicate with clients directly, so strong spoken and written English skills are a requirement.
