Our team are friendly, professional, supportive, passionate and hard-working. We are currently hiring a Salon Receptionist and Front of House to join our vibrant team at Pink and Rose; our clients have come to expect a high standards and excellent service.

You should be personable, knowledgeable, professional and genuine. With excellent customer service, sunny personality and ‘can do’ attitude, comfortable working in a busy retail environment. Fluent English, must be able to work weekends, interest in hair and sales retail experience Would help.

Dedicated with great organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Salon Receptionist

**Duties**:

- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Assist with retail sales and upselling products
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide support to salon stylists and technicians as needed
- Shampoo clients when needed.
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and commissions

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of salon services and retail products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using salon software or booking systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
