**Job summary**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the fast paced Appointment Centre based on Melchett Road, Kings Norton, as an Appointment Co-ordinator.

There are 2 x 25 hour per week posts available.

The hours of work will be
- Post 1) 08.00-13.00 Monday to Friday
- Post 2) 13.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday.

As part of a large team of Appointment Co-ordiantors (circa 20+), this post will process and input referrals received into the Trust on to the Trusts internal computer systems, book Outpatient Clinics for numerous specialities, deal with telephone calls and queries from patients, GP's and other stakeholders, deal with requests to change or cancel clinics and validate the Appointment Centre's internal reports. Full training will be provided.

**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
