Are you a qualified Retrofit Co-Ordinator? Do you want to have a regional impact on delivering energy efficiencies to local residents?
As Retrofit Co-Ordinator you’ll visit people’s homes and work with contractors and designers to ensure energy efficiencies are delivered how they should be.
You’ll be the direct contact between residents and our project teams and will supervise retrofit assessment, design, and installations of energy efficiency measures to domestic dwellings under multiple concurrent PAS 2035 projects.
A key part of the role is ensuring the quality of installations, good outcomes for residents and embedding a continuous improvement cycle for all your programmes.

- Prepare and/or commission PAS2035 compliant surveys and documentation including risk assessments and medium-term improvement plans for domestic dwellings, effectively capturing all required information.
- Monitor, evaluate, and administer projects, conducting regular review meetings and events as prescribed in grant award documentation to meet needs of each consortium and funding bodies.
- Liaise with retrofit professionals including other Co-Ordinator’s, Assessors, Advisors, Designers, Installers, and residents as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the WMCA, partners and funders to resolve issues and identify system/process improvements.
- Attend design meetings and advise on PAS2035 compliant systems/details.
- Visit sites to review projects and advise installers on a regular basis.
