Job Title: Compliance Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an effective compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
- Monitor and review company operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, including conducting internal investigations as needed
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met in new initiatives or projects
- Prepare reports on compliance activities for management and regulatory agencies as required

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or law
- Proven experience working in a compliance role, preferably in a regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential compliance risks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
