YKS Group LTD is an independent company providing electrical services in and around London.
We are looking for a positive and hard working individual to join our team, as an Administrative Assistant / PA support to Director / Purchasing Goods.
**Key Duties**
- Organising meetings and managing database
- Answering employees queries about office and HR related issues
- Typing of business letters and correspondence
- Liaising with clients and arranging work schedules
- Purchasing materials
- Dealing with correspondence complaints and queries
- Liaise with external partners such as insurance vendors / suppliers etc.
- Sourcing the most competitive price for items
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Proficiency in MC office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)
- Reliability and discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
**Experience**
- In similar office roles (or the ability and willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organisation skills
- Opportunity to progress within the company
**Salary**: £22,000 Gross Per Annum
