Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a number of experienced Administrators for work within an Engineering Consultancy based in the South Mimms area.

The role will be hybrid, once fully trained, 3 days in office & 2 from home. We will only accept people who are willing to commute locally to the office.

Job Overview:

- Using internal systems to store created documents
- Transmitting documents to relevant parties and filing them
- Handling any queries regarding documentation
- Providing administrative support to Manager as required
- Populating a standard template document with relevant information and details

Mon to Fri

0830am - 4pm

Work from home 2 days a week & 3 days in office once fully trained

£13 to £17 per hour

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Experience with Aconex would be desired

Highways experience would be desired

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
