We are looking for a well organised person with great attention to detail, to join our office team. This is an office based, full time role, Monday to Friday

**Purpose of job**:
Working within the Operations department, the purpose of this role is to support the Finance and Administration teams within the business.

**Key duties & responsibilities**
- **Finance**

Working with the Finance team to manage Customer and Supplier payments. Issue accurate invoices. Match purchase orders to invoices. Assist with the accounting system and business expenses.
- **Order Processing**

Sending order acknowledgements. Placing Purchase and Sales orders on our internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Ensuring amendments to orders are actioned immediately. Communicating with appropriate Suppliers/Customers. Monitor the status of orders whilst communicating any issues to Customers/Suppliers.
- **Returns & Maintenance**

Working with our repair specialists to ensure devices are booked in, triaged and repaired in a timely and cost-effective manner and managing the related administration processes.
- **General**
- Able to answer general Order/Sales enquiries
- Setting up Customers & Supplier on ERP
- Actioning orders across our ERP, used by the Administration Team and the accounting system used by the Finance Team.
- Answering inbound calls

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within a busy office environment
- Order processing experience would be beneficial
- Team player and self-starter
- Able to manage own time, work unsupervised, as well as working effectively as part of a team
- Willing to learn, change and adapt to practises within an evolving and expanding business
- High attention to detail
- Numeracy literate
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Experience with an ERP is desirable but not essential
- Experience with accounting software is desirable but not essential
- Ad hoc projects as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
