**Key Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering phone calls in polite and timely manner, putting calls through to relevant people and taking messages.
- Keeping additional supplies such as Personal Protective Equipment stocked and accessible.
- Control and monitoring of the office meeting facilities through appointment bookings.
- Keeping meeting rooms and kitchen/ waiting areas tidy
- Mailroom responsibilities including franking all post and making sure it is ready for collection by Royal Mail at the end of each day.
- It is a fast
- paced environment, the successful Office Administrator will be interpersonally confident and a pro-active team player.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters and sensitively.
- Have the ability to thrive under pressure and good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Showcase a high level of attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload.
- Have excellent communication skills, always professional and polite.
- Competence in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook
- Proactive and ability to use initiatives during complex situations.
