We currently have a vacancy for a HR Administrator based at the Oakwood site (NG15 0DR). Reporting to the HR Administration Manager, the role will involve providing excellent customer service through efficient central HR administration support to the business and HR team.

**Main areas of responsibility include**:

- Creating and circulating internal and external job advertisements
- Raising contracts of employment and changes to terms and conditions
- Ensuring relevant employment checks are conducted
- Providing first level support to management and staff relating to HR Administration processes and HR Policy & procedure
- Raising of Purchase orders for HR Suppliers
- Providing excellent general administration support to the department
- Input of new joiners on the HR system (Zellis)
- Being a Super User for the Application Tracking System (Webrecruit)
- Create and maintain electronic personal file chasing missing employee file information to ensure that HR files are complete in line with audit requirements.

**Key skills**:

- Demonstrable HR administration experience (ideally in a multi-site environment)
- Excellent communication skills and numerate with a flexible approach
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Coda and HR Information Systems - ideally Zellis (North Gate)
- Ability to deal with all colleagues, attention to detail and well organised
- Ability to prioritise, organise, multi and task work in a fast-moving environment.
