We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Shared Services Administrator to join our brilliant HR Team

Based at our site in Nottingham, you will form part of an integral team who not only support each other, but who are very hands on in supporting our central teams with all things HR.

**Working Hours**:
Flexible Hours: Your working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:30am to 5pm, with an earlier finish on a Friday. We also offer the possibility of hybrid work-from-home arrangements.

**Your Duties Will Include**:

- Creation and distribution of all paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle
- Liaising with Line Managers on hire progress.
- Maintaining and updating all HRIS.
- Maintaining and updating employee e-files.
- Requesting all required equipment for new starters.
- Liaising with key members of all departments to arrange and coordinate inductions.
- Coordinating probation review reminders and where necessary escalating.
- Update monthly payroll file for sign off by HR Shared Services Manager
- Maintaining and updating organisational charts.
- Creating and distributing ad-hoc surveys and collating the end data.
- Data gathering and report completion for weekly/monthly/annual reporting.
- Where necessary Support with systems integrations, new releases, HR systems training.
- Handle additional tasks and requests as needed.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within legislative requirements (preferable)
- Experience of working in a fast paced, rapidly changing, commercial and challenging environment preferably within an FMCG
- Fully proficient at Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (Microsoft Office)
- HR experience (Shared Service environment advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and a strong eye for detail.
- Have the ability to manage, organise and co-ordinate a high volume of work, prioritise critical activities within tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality and excellent attention to detail and accuracy of working.
