**Part time (22.5 hours over 3 days to include Thursday and Friday)**
**Salary: Transform Trust central team pay scale**
**Grade/Pay Range: Rank 6 points 1-6 £27,937- £30,634 per annum FTE**
**Actual Salary (£16,988-£18,628)**
An exciting opportunity for a driven, personable and enthusiastic administrator has arisen within the HR team of our fast growing Trust. This is a role which is key to supporting effective transactional HR processes across the whole Trust. It is varied, interesting and will ideally suit someone who is looking to utilise their existing experience in a well-supported and friendly team. The role is fast paced so flexibility and a willingness to learn new things is a must.
You would usually be based at the Trust central office and provide key administrative support for half of the 22 Trust schools. To develop effective reporting systems and produce reports that enable proactive staffing solutions, input employee benefit changes, provide recruitment and Trade Union documentation and produce contracts of employment / terms and conditions changes.
- Have previous experience working in an Administrative role, preferably in an education setting.
- Be systems savvy, meticulously organised and have a very keen eye for detail
- Be an excellent team player with a strong focus on working together to achieve results.
- Be able to interact professionally and with credibility with all levels of colleagues
- Excellent face-to-face, telephone, and written communication skills
- Comfortable with working in an environment of change, with a flexible approach to new challenges
Key responsibilities include:
Providing efficient, high quality administrative support (documentation and HR system management) in the following areas:
- Contracts of employment / variations to contracts and terms and conditions
- Leaver processes, including managing pension and exit systems effectively.
- Checking and actioning all employee lifecycle changes accurately on a monthly basis
- Delivering high quality data and liaising with payroll and finance as appropriate
