Payroll and HR Administrator

SF Recruitment is looking for an experienced HR and Payroll professional to oversee various aspects of employee life cycles, ensuring seamless execution of daily HR tasks.
The role involves handling new starters, employment references, absence management, holiday administration, leaver processing, and event support. Additionally, the candidate will assist with payroll preparation, process weekly timesheets, and resolve payroll-related issues.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR inquiries.
- Participate in payroll preparation, process weekly timesheets, and resolve payroll-related problems.
- Support employee engagement through company-wide events and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant HR administration experience, preferably at assistant, coordinator, or advisor levels. While payroll experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential for success in this role.
