Overview:
Change, Grow, Live are the lead provider of the Integrated Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services in Kirklees, a partnership model delivering recovery focussed community based services supporting adults in Kirklees to safely reduce or stop using drugs or alcohol and aims to provide high quality recovery asset based resource for individuals, family members and communities.
We are recruiting for an
**Administrator** to support the teams within the Kirklees area. The role is based in Huddersfield with across site working required, reasonable travel expenses are paid for travel to hubs other than the contracted base. You will be an enthusiastic and passionate individual, committed to supporting service users, families and communities.

**Hours**:37.5hrs per week
**Salary**:£21,888 - £22,774
**Responsibilities**:
**Key elements of the role are**:
- Provide an efficient and professional reception service in a busy and fast paced environment
- Produce and print prescriptons for controlled drugs in line with the organsations Prescription Management Policy
- Maintain an effective appointment system and ensuring all calls and visits from service users, external / internal agencies and staff are dealt with promptly and courteously.
- To maintain and update information databases, in a timely and accurate manner and provide administrative support to the teams.
- Other general administrative duties
**About you**:
- Experience of working within a busy environment and have a flexible and conscientious working approach.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
- The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary
- Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing and solid numeric skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
