Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse team carrying out business-critical tasks. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Manufacturing Plants and Huddersfield Site.
- Provide effective PA, secretarial, and administrative services to site personnel
- Arrange meetings and events for internal, inter-site, and external attendees
- Maintain the tidiness and facilities within the Main Office Block and North West Office conference rooms
- Administer the Site Vehicle Register
- Update Joint Integrity Site List
You will also be responsible for other administrative duties to ensure smooth running of site departments.
About You:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3 years' experience in a multi-disciplined office environment
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to meet deadlines, handle pressure, and prioritize a diverse workload
- A team player with excellent planning and organizational skills
