Office Coordinator

LMA Recruitment seeks an experienced Administrative Support Professional to provide exceptional support services to the Manufacturing Plants and Huddersfield Site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, events, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Site departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Plant Task Force Meetings, Inquiries, and Site Committee
- Prepare for weekly HSE Meetings and facilitate discussions
- Cover Occupational Health Admin Personnel duties
- Arrange meetings and events for Site personnel, including internal and external attendees
- Maintain facilities within Main Office Block and North West Office conference rooms
- Perform other administrative tasks to support Site departments
- Coordinate large events, such as Strategy Events and Farm & Cereals Visits
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office applications proficiency - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint Designer, and Visual Paradigm
- SAP and SharePoint experience
- 3 years' experience in a multi-disciplined office environment
- Meeting and event coordination skills
Estimated Salary: £12 per hour
