We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to provide comprehensive support services to our manufacturing sites in Huddersfield.

Job Summary:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for an operations coordinator with experience in manufacturing to join our team and contribute to the smooth running of site departments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support for Plant Task Force Meetings, Inquiries and Site Committee.
  2. Assist in preparing for and facilitating the HSE Meeting on a weekly basis.
  3. Cover Occupational Health Admin Personnel duties as needed.
  4. Arrange meetings and events for Site personnel, including internal, inter-site and external attendees.
  5. Maintain the general tidiness and facilities within some of the Main Office Block and North West Office conference rooms.
  6. Perform other administrative tasks to support the smooth running of Site departments.
  7. Coordinate large events, such as Strategy Events and Farm & Cereals Visits, including venue booking, transport and catering arrangements.
  8. Liaise with senior stakeholders, Site personnel and external agencies.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in a multi-disciplined office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with SAP and SharePoint systems.
  • Meeting and events coordination skills.

Estimated Salary: £12 per hour.
