Questech Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a leading Manufacturer in Huddersfield.
This role would suit someone who has worked in an administrative position preferably within Manufacturing, Engineering or Transport.
This role is vary varied, where no two days are the same and is a key link between the Sales, Transport, Production and Finance departments.
If successful you will receive full training and support in this position and the opportunity to work with a growing team.

This would suit someone who is or has worked as a Sales Coordinator/Sales Administrator/Account Manager/Administrator/Production Coordinator/Client Coordinator/Customer Service Administrator/Transport Administrator.
The role:
- Supporting the different departments with general administration
- Liaising with third party supplier such as transport companies
- Customer orders
- Working with the Finance team to raise correct invoices
- Managing customer contracts
- Collating finance reports
- Managing customer queries
- Have a proven track record in a multiple department administration role
- Have a proactive and confident approach
- Be comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
- Be computer literate with a background of using Microsoft Office
- Be able to work as part of a team
