An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Sales Administrator** to work **part-time** and join our commercial team at **Johnsons Wellfield Quarry**, Crosland Hill, Huddersfield.
**Johnsons Wellfield** operate an established Dimension Stone Quarry at **Crosland Hill** in **Huddersfield** which is part of the progressive family-owned **Myers Group.**
Renowned and favoured for the supply of premium block stone for finished masonry and natural stone paving products supplied across the UK. With an excellent local presence in the aggregates sector and an inert landfill, we are looking for a self-motivated individual with the ability is to secure work in conjunction with the sales strategy for the Johnsons Wellfield.

**Applications for this Sales Administrator role are invited from individuals to support the commercial team in achieving sales and commercial performance.**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide administration support for pipeline forecasting opportunities, through use of market data analysis providers such as but not limited to Glenigans or Barbour ABI.
- Provide support for imported goods, administration, stock control, projected sales and product availability.
- Provide administration support through way of creating reports for commercial meetings through means of Microsoft excel and Myers Group company software.
- Report sales performance on won/lost ratio and job chasing.
- Promote Johnsons Wellfield via social media platforms in conjunction with Marketing Team and other responsible persons.
- Be initial point of contact for complaints and help facilitate them to a resolution point.
- Work in accordance with Commercial Team to drive proactive sales culture, grow Johnsons Wellfield market share, address underperformance, through a mechanism of regular consultation and close working behaviour.
- Produce and circulate sales aid and measurement reports to the Commercial Team.
- Provide admin support through means of attending meetings with Commercial Team.
**Skills and Attributes**
- Experienced administrator with a corporate industry background who accepts responsibility and accountability.
- A conscientious approach to administrative support
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules.
- Ability to plan and distribute workloads for self and others.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-driven, genuine with a positive attitude and clear focus.

- A professional attitude and demeanour.
- Ability to resolve disputes.
- Must be sufficiently mobile and flexible to work beyond the call of duty to achieve results.
